GPS speed meter and vehicle speed sensor
GPS vehicle speed test sensor takes GNSS board card as the core, with high-speed embedded microprocessor, converts GPS signal into three forms of pulse, RS232 and analog voltage signal. Supports all GNSS systems, including GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou and Galileo. RTK is also supported, with a new hardware platform and interference-resistant algorithms. The product has the characteristics of low power consumption and abundant communication interfaces.
Fuel consumption meter
Naiou fuel consumption meters provide accurate, reliable measurement under varied operating conditions. Imported oval-gear flowmeters resist jamming, while RS-232 communication connects directly to computers or other instruments for measurement control and zeroing.
Three-axis vibration acceleration sensor
Naiou integrates IEPE three-axis vibration acceleration sensors for evaluating occupant comfort and cargo protection. Features include high accuracy, low impedance, a high signal-to-noise ratio and low supporting-equipment costs.
Gas consumption meter
Using a Micro Motion Coriolis sensor, the meter continuously measures instantaneous gas flow and cumulative consumption with high accuracy. Direct mass-flow measurement is independent of temperature, pressure and natural gas composition, supporting LNG, LPG and other engine gas-consumption measurements.
Electrical energy consumption meter
Naiou’s electrical energy consumption meter uses a high-performance processor to acquire voltage, current, instantaneous power and energy consumption. It combines straightforward operation, multiple communication interfaces, analogue voltage output and a bright, wide-viewing-angle OLED for electric vehicle testing.
Steering wheel torque and angle sensor
Steering wheel torque and rotation angle sensor (also called force measuring steering wheel) is an intelligent measuring instrument with a high-speed microprocessor as the core. It is mainly used for automobile handling stability test, lateral stability test and automobile steering wheel rotation parameter measurement.
Electronic gyroscope
A GPS-aided inertial navigation system integrating temperature-compensated MEMS accelerometers, gyroscopes, a magnetometer, a barometer and a GNSS receiver, with high reliability and adaptability to demanding environments.
Pedal force sensor
Naiou’s pedal force sensor quantifies pedal loads for braking, ABS and pedal-force tests. Circular anti-slip dimples increase friction under the driver’s foot.
Shift force sensor
Naiou’s gearshift force sensor measures lateral and longitudinal forces applied to the gear knob during shifting. An ergonomic, dimpled anti-slip surface provides a comfortable grip.
